Here's What Others Are Saying
I was so overwhelmed by how validating and hopeful this summit was. I got SO much helpful insight and knowledge in a wide variety of contributing topics. I leave feeling hopeful and energized to tackle my own root causes, triggers, and be at peace with the pace my body is able to progress. I can't thank you enough!

I enjoyed hearing about Emily's story. All and all, it made me feel less alone on my health journey. Vestibular community is awesome. Not just information but a path forward and solutions were presented.

It was all so amazing and I’m so grateful for all the information and knowledge shared! I learned so much and have a clear path as to how I want to move forward

The content on hormones and their impact on dizziness. Some things were mind blowing. Also, the talk about trauma-informed care was great. While that was not a new topic for me, it really was helpful to consider my self care through a TI lens. I am going to teach this to my students as well. Great work!

How good it is to feel seen! I have a lot of days where I feel hopeless. The summit has given me hope. Thank you thank you thank you.

The live summit was a wealth of knowledge on so many relevant topics. Now I will go back and rewatch them and really absorb the information to put into practice what is applicable for me. First summit was a success and I look forward to the next!

The amount of information shared and access to such incredible professionals was truly outstanding. Can't wait for next year!

I enjoyed seeing how many others in the chat had similar questions and experiences as me...I also thought the nutrition, mold, and genetics talks were great.

I had tears in my eyes with answers to many questions I've had. I now can take these learnings and investigate further.

I really love Dr. Lyday and Dr. Kristen. They were my favorite and shared good and helpful information.

Do You Feel Stuck on Your Vestibular Journey?
One thing we have both identified within our individual practices is that often vestibular specialists overlook factors such as environmental toxins, chronic infections, genetics, and more that significantly impact patients with chronic dizziness.
Through clinical observations and in-depth discussions, we have discovered the transformative potential of an integrative wellness approach. The remarkable improvements in our patients' lives have inspired us to share our insights, along with the insights of other leading experts in the field, with the broader vestibular community through The Vestibular Virtual Summit.
Our goal for this summit is to broaden your knowledge of crucial yet often overlooked aspects of treating chronic dizziness. The Vestibular Virtual Summit will expand your understanding of treatment options and offer hope for healing.
Dr. Emily's Story
Emily Kostelnik, PhD, lives with four vestibular disorder diagnoses: superior canal dehiscence syndrome (SCDS), benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), vestibular migraine (VM), and persistent postural perceptual dizziness (PPPD).
She has undergone two intensive surgeries to repair the superior canal dehiscence as well as contended with VM and PPPD postpartum. After trialing multiple medications for VM and PPPD and developing severe sensitivities along the way, she knew there had to be a better approach.
Using her health detective skills and research background, she took a deep dive into the world of integrative medicine, including histamine intolerance and mast cell activation syndrome. This knowledge has completely transformed her own health and the way she practices as a Health Psychologist.
She now lives with minimal dizziness which she fully credits to using a holistic approach and considering the environment (which most clinicians ignore). She can't wait to share insights with you in this summit!
